4. Project creation
Our team of technicians (architects, technical architects and engineers) will draft the basic and executive project, which includes:
- Blueprints
- Structures design
- Facilities design
- Measures

5. Budgeting
With the executive project and the desired qualities, we estimate the building costs.

6. Design and production of the panels
The engineers define the panels specifications and the manufacturing department build them.

7. Building
Our engineers supervise all the building process to make sure that your house is built with the least possible time and with the maximum safety and quality.
We can guarantee that the entire construction process (steps 6 and 7) will take at most 7 months.

8. Delivery and warranty
Welcome home!
We deliver the keys of your home together with all the required documentation and 10-year warranty (as stated by LOE regulation).
