Genial Houses - Quart 2

Quart 2

A house on the ground floor for a private client who asked us for a modern and very austere house.

The children of the village call it "the white house". From the street everything is white: walls, windows, shutters. Everything you see is white, but when you approach the door some subtle details give it warmth. The entrance door and the terrace balcony are made of natural wood and when the sunlight shines through the blinds, it colors the entire interior with comfort.

Built with a light wooden framework and equipped with radiant-cooling air conditioning, we achieve a consumption of less than 15 Kw/m² per year

Outside, also austere, we have made a concrete pavement dyed the color of the earth and at the bottom of the plot we have maintained and respected a large fig tree which, in the summer, will be a delight, not only for its fruits but for the map of shadows and textures that it will project inside the house.
