Fontcoberta
With only 110m² of built-up area, we have created a comfortable and compact house. This house has three bedrooms and a bathroom and a large living room, kitchen and dining room open to the garden. On the garden front, a light pergola made of wicker and steel creates the ideal atmosphere to enjoy the landscape.
This house is built with a sanitary wooden frame, which means that it is well insulated both by the walls and by the ceiling and the floor, in this way we achieve that our houses have a very low energy consumption.
The external stackable blinds help to have a good solar control and in this way a good temperature is achieved in the summer.
