Ponts
In front of the imposing landscape of the banks of the Segre, we have built a house that, distributed over two unconventional floors, responds to the needs of the users.
The difference in level between the street and the garden, the need for parking for three vehicles and the love of climbing are the challenges we have solved in this project.
From the street we give access to the garage and to a multipurpose space where we have installed a seating area/library to contemplate the landscape and a climbing wall. Yes, a climbing wall! That's why we told you that the building is divided into two "unconventional" floors. On the lower floor is where the housing program is developed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room kitchen and dining room that enjoys a large garden on one side and views of the church bell tower on the other
The difference in level that we have between the street and the garden is well reflected in the interior with a voluminous double space that the access with the lower floor and, at the same time, allows the light and the midday sun to warm the house.
The green of the facades, the wood of the roof panels and the wood of the garden porch give character and personality to the house, achieving a very comfortable and warm space.
