Molins de Rei
The house in Molins de Rei is our first patio house that also has a plant cover. The patio gives light to the different rooms of the house and favors cross ventilation and, therefore, the thermal regulation of the building.
In this project we have mixed wood and the ventilated aluminum facade, two materials that complement each other to achieve a house with very low consumption. Another element that helps thermal regulation is the sedum plant cover.
