In a corner of the Costa Brava, on a plot with privileged views, we are commissioned to build a house. A cozy house where you can enjoy the surroundings and especially its spectacular views.

We turned the steep slope of the plot, which initially seemed like an obstacle, into an opportunity. An opportunity to make three terraces and be able to have three different atmospheres. The lowest one for the garden, the intermediate one for the house and the pool and the upper one for the vehicle parking and access.

The Outside

A great and efficient house that collects the sun's energy on the south facade and encapsulates the spectacular views of the Medes Islands on the north facade. The house is, in short, a large wooden porch that captures the best of this Costa Brava environment.

A circular swimming pool is the distinguishing feature that makes this Terrace a unique place in its surroundings.

The Interior

We have combined materials with a total guarantee that provide design, comfort and modernity. A continuous concrete floor, the ceiling with fir wood, white walls and lots of glass. Efficiency, transparency and modernity, the perfect combination for a Great house!
