The Xpand model is a house that adapts throughout your life.
With a completely modular concept, modules can be added to the house during its construction or afterwards once it has been built depending on whether the family grows or new needs for space appear.
The basic module consists of kitchen-dining room and living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
More modules can be added to the sides to obtain, for example, more bedrooms, bathrooms or other spaces such as an office or a garage.
Even if the house is large and in the future so many rooms are no longer needed, the house can be converted into two independent ones by adding only one module with the kitchen and living-dining room.
